Membership

The Membership Chairman and Committee are committed to growing and maintaining the membership of the Church.

Tasks/Assignments

· Publish an annual membership roster
· Maintain a current membership database by recording new members, births, deaths and transfers
· Record and track membership attendance Purge membership records as needed
· Write cards and make phone calls to visitors and those who are absent
· Share membership stats with other leaders to gain assistance in recruiting and retaining members

Why Does This Ministry Exist?

To help the congregation know and understand its members. To maintain accurate information concerning member addresses and phone numbers, and attendance.
